When it's an Entertainment Experience Destination, stupid.
When asked about the impact and the possible social implications of siting a Super Casino in Glasgow the government's advisor (a professor of 'gambling' studies at some university) said there would be none as it was not really to do with increased gambling facilites but more it was an Entertainment Experience Destination.
Sounds a bit like a good example of typical marketing speak.
